This edition highlights the Administration’s shift from temporary Section 122 tariffs to more durable measures through expanded Section 301 actions, alongside key U.S.-China developments including a tariff reduction comment process, a new U.S.-China Board of Trade, and the launch of the second four-year review of China tariffs. It also covers progress toward the USMCA review, significant updates to Section 232 tariffs (steel, aluminum, copper, and pharmaceuticals), and trade adjustments with Taiwan, as well as broader policy activity.
