Prior to joining the Division of International Trade, Jenee headed the Moscow office of AP International Finance Corp., a New-York
trade and finance consultancy that arranged, managed, and organized financing for large projects throughout the Former Soviet Union
involving the export of US and European equipment. Her client reference list includes Russian and oil and gas majors such as TNK-BP,
Slavneft and RAO-UES (Belgorod, Perm).
Additionally, she has represented large US companies such as GE, Caterpillar and Hewlett-Packard and worked with international financial
institutions such as the EBRD, US Ex-Im Bank, HERMES, OPIC, World Bank, etc. Jenee's federal government experience includes several
years as a business development officer at the US Export-Import Bank, where she also developed exporter contacts and pathways for
international sales.
Jenee holds a B.A. in International Affairs and a B.A. in French from the University of Mary Washington, as well as a M.A in
International Affairs from the George Washington University. Jenee is professionally fluent in Russian, French and German.
